suppliers of biocompatible materials
From Raw materials to intermediate components

You are the device manufacturer.  But, you don't make the materials or the components that constitute your wonderful product.  There are many many entities in the market place that are offering everything from raw materials such as the base polymers to luer locks,  tubings, filters, housings, fasteners and adhesives.  Remember to properly qualify your material vendors.  Make sure that the product you are purchasing is appropriate for a medical device.  It is not enough to say it is stainless steel so I shouldn't worry about it.  What grade of stainless steel are you purchasing?  Claims of being medical grade or biocompatible should be substantiated with analytical and/or biological assessments that support those claims.  This is all part or the risk management process.

The Biocompatibility Hub does not endorse any material vendors.  All material vendors are welcome to offer their products on this website.

If you are a vendor of biocompatible materials and you would like to promote your services, please reach out to us using the Contact page.  You may also submit articles and presentations for general posting and may include a description of yourself within them also.
